In your email, include the app name, the setup step or screen, what you expected and the approximate time and time zone. If a message appeared, include its wording.
Use a cropped, redacted screenshot if it helps. Do not email passwords, API keys, sign-in codes, payment card details, customer phone numbers, message contents or call recordings. We will arrange an appropriate way to collect further information if needed.
Common questions
Why is sending unavailable?
This app is in pre-release testing. Live calls, SMS and CRM synchronisation are not active. A test subscription or connected account does not enable live sending.
Who handles phone service issues?
CompuLoop supports this integration. Your Hero account, phone service, service charges and carrier outages remain with your phone provider. If your phone cannot call outside the integration, contact your provider.
Need to change or remove access?
Contact CompuLoop for help with business access, disconnection or a data request. Use your normal sign-in account so we can arrange verification before changing access or handling account data.
