Every connected user is billed annually upfront at the selected package’s per-user rate. Start with one user; no five-user minimum. No mandatory setup fee. Optional setup help is US$199.00/hour. Hero services, calling, SMS usage, provider AI charges and HubSpot subscriptions are separate. A connected user is a HubSpot staff member mapped to a provider phone line or extension.
Your phone service, connected to your CRM
For New Zealand teams using Hero, the integration connects an individual Hero customer account and its available phone lines. An administrator links each HubSpot user to the right line or extension. A wholesale login does not replace the customer connection; the Hero phone-first calling flow still needs final provider testing.
Use the Hero HubSpot integration feature comparison to compare call logging, contact matching, callback tasks, recordings and optional SMS. Advanced adds shared follow-up tools and available provider AI outputs. Features depend on provider support, your package and completed activation checks.
Do we need SMS to use the integration?
No. Calls-only setup does not require an SMS plan or sender. Messaging is optional, and provider usage is charged separately.
How is the subscription calculated?
Basic is US$300 per connected user per year (equivalent to US$25/month). Advanced is US$420 per connected user per year (equivalent to US$35/month). The full annual amount is paid upfront; there is no monthly payment option. Start with one user. For example, three users cost US$900/year on Basic or US$1,260/year on Advanced, excluding applicable tax.
Who sets it up?
Your administrator connects the business accounts once and assigns staff phones. Team members sign in with their own work accounts. Follow the setup guide with screenshots, or request optional CompuLoop setup help at US$199 per hour.
